The Best Computer Of 2010

Can you guess what brand produced the best computer in 2010? Of course, it's Apple! Their 2010 iMac received great all around reviews, even though there weren't any significant changes from their previous model. The iMac continues to be the most reliable, high speed and simple to use computer.

The basic version of the 2010 iMac offers many features, great memory and high speed. However, all of these features can be increased. It definitely doesn't need it for most computer users, but if you're looking to add it on it's nice to have that as an option. Even the basic model is still ahead of most other options out there.

Macs typically are a bit pricier than other computers on the market, but you'd be surprised how close this iMac is to its competition. The iMac isn't the cheapest, but for the extra money you're spending, you're getting a lot in return.

One of the slickest part about this computer is it's all in one feature. Imagine having a computer, but it's simply just the screen, keyboard and mouse. Apple has done exactly this! The computer is all built into to the monitor, which makes it extremely space efficient. The keyboard and mouse are even wireless!

This 21.5 inch screen is gorgeous and doesn't compare to any competition. They've made the entire screen from edge to edge a display of glass which is almost completely effective for viewing. The pixel resolution consists of 1920 x 1080 HD display and also includes LED backlighting.

Apple has also included a 3.06GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, which adds some nice power to this iMac. If you want to upgrade, that's possible as well. They offer a 3.33GHz upgrade. As for memory, they've included 4GBs of RAM. This is plenty, but they also offer an upgrade here to 8GB. On the 27-inch screen, 16GBs are available.

The wireless technology that's built in is superb. There's a Wi-Fi connection that has extremely high speeds included. Bluetooth wireless has also been included in this iMac and this is how the wireless keyboard and mouse work.

Apple is known to have the best customer support of all the brands out there. However, their warranty only allows for 90 days of free phone support and a limited one year warranty. This part can be a bit better, but for an extra $169 they'll cover you for three years.
