Let's Talk About Window Cleaners

There are many products and services available designed to make cleaning windows less of a chore. For many years people have paid companies and individuals to do what most of us don't want to do. In order to have streak less windows, it is suggested that you use the best window cleaners on the market. The cheaper ones will not make your windows as clean as you would like them.

Products that are used for cleaning windows will often have ammonia in them. It seems that every type of product will promise to not leave streaks and dry to a clear shine. Using a multi-surface product is an option; because then you don't have to buy a separate cleaner for each surface that you wipe down.

Today's environmentally conscience are purchasing cleaners that are safe for the environment because they are made from all natural ingredients. These products do not contain chemicals that are harsh on the environment.

Another important consideration that people often wonder about is what type of material to use. Some people like to use paper towels, and using a high quality, absorbent paper towel will often garner better results than using a thinner, low quality one. Still, other window cleaners like to actually use newspaper.

One of the best methods to get a streak free shine is to spray the glass and use your paper towel (newspaper, coffee filter, whatever) in a vertical motion. One the other side of the glass, repeat the process using a horizontal motion. Doing so will allow you to see exactly where the streaks are so that you can wipe them off.

Whatever your preferences are in regards to window cleaners the important thing is to get the job done with the least amount of effort in the shortest period of time. After all, you are probably going to have other tasks on the "honey do" list that will need to be accomplished as well. For example, cleaning out the garage.
